Finally

I have been wanting to post all week and it hasn't happened. I finally have found a moment to sit and type to you all. Everything is going just fine around here. I have started the christmas and birthday shopping, since there are so many crazy birthdays around the holidays and it is all Sarah's fault. There is Ben too but it is mostly Sarah's family. There are a couple of "Tags" that I have been wanting to do, and quite a few pictures that I have wanted to post so lets get on with it.

Oh, but before I forget Congratulations to Caleb and Heather for their newest addition a couple of days ago Mr. Joshua. And of course HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Josey!!! Hope today is wonderful, even if she has no clue about what is going on, that is the fun part.

Now on to some pictures

First up we have some from Brynne's Birthday

I was totally shocked when I saw Damien's School pictures. Is he a model or what?

This weekend Jennifer came up and had her baby shower that Beth did a great job of hosting. Here are some of the Highlights. I don't think I have been to a shower where they haven't played guess the belly. It is fun and not to much brain power is involved. So, here's Jennifer getting her belly meticulously measured by Beth :)

My favorite outfit she recieved.

Beth made her a brag book where all she has to do is slap some pictures and journaling down and she is done.

I made her a blanket and gave her some Always with Wings.

And here is a pic with Beth, Me, and Jennifer. (I look horrid there, what happened)

Fun was had by all.

Here is Max and Jesse on Saturday

Lastly I have a couple better pictures of me, This is me on Sun, I am 11 plus weeks. I went materity shopping after the shower and found this skirt and it is so comfortable. Looking at the pic I don't think I look that big but Ben and I both agree I have a little belly. I'll probably have a pic like this every few weeks for your viewing pleasure.

Have you ever had Ben take you pic? He makes you feel like he's the Paparazzi or something and so here is one of those shots that turned out pretty good.

I think that this is enough, don't you? Hope you made it through it all in one piece. Type at you all later. Off to Make dinner and clean the kitchen.

Did you miss me?

I have been a very bad blogger. I know. I guess that I can now let the cat out of the bag even though I think that most of you already know. I am pregnant. I am 11 weeks and my sisters are cursing me for the okay time that I have had. Becca threw up non-stop through out her pregnancies and had to have IV fluid and Sarah had it a little better she didn't have to have IV's. I have thrown up twice once because the lettuce smelt very bad, and then because I brushed my tounge too vigorously.

I just finished a series of OB appointments for health History, an ultrasound and today's "exam." With the ultrasound my dates were accurate so I am due about May 20th or so. I am shooting for sooner rather than later. You all have seen Ben and I and know that we are the most petit couple out there. I was 9lbs, he was 9lbs if this kid is seven lbs I will be very surprised.

The fun part has been the ultrasounds. I had my first with at my OB's office. It was totally awesome to see the baby wiggle. Of course I won't feel anything for another 6-8 weeks. Here's a pic from the OB office.

At the OB's they thought that my uterus was shaped funny so they wanted me to get another one with a better machine so the next day I was at work and had that done. Here's a pic from that.

It is so amazing how you can see the profile and everything already. I really hope that is Ben's nose. So, I go back to work and get another call from the ultrasound desk saying they want to do a 3D ultrasound to really make sure the uterus shape is good. So, I go down and get these Pics.

I am TOTALLY AMAZED by these. It looks like a little baby doll. So, you can all say you have seen a 10 week old fetus and my uterus is fine. I just got some cool pics and to see the babes for an hour on Friday. And no, we don't know what it is, you can't really tell for another 4 weeks at the earliest. I hope that this makes up for how very delinquent I have been as a blogger. I hope that you are all doing well. Type at you all later.

I know, I know

I am posting this totally last minute. I have not been wanting to be on the computer at all lately. I check my e-mail and that is about it. Ammy, I did get your e-mail and I really want to respond to you I just have no desire to be on the computer. I have been wanting to tell you about our last weekend. It was pretty nice. Friday we went to Brynne's Birthday Party. It was ssssooooo cold and windy. It probably was the coldest day of the season. It was out at a park and the kids had a great time, the adults were just freezing. Brynne was out in a T-shirt and Shorts, while I was huddled in a blanket. That is just what happen's in October you can never tell what it will be like. Today was actually warm and you wouldn't have thought that last weekend was cold. Brynne, had a great time. We gave her an outfit that she liked and had to try on when she got home.

Saturday, Ben went mountian Biking and I was very nice and went with him. I was his shuttle driver. I would drive him and his two buddies up a windy 4.5 mile road and then drive back down it to meet them at the bottom and then go back up and back down. I was so done by the end of that, but the day was not over. We hung out with his buddies and their families for the rest of the night. It was really fun we had dinner together and talked, I was just done by the end of the night. Working the next couple of days was hard. I hope that you had a great week and I hope to post more later this week.

Here is the LO of the week too.

Weekend in LA

For the past couple of weeks Ben has been going back and forth about going or not going to LA because he wasn't sure if he wanted to go biking in Lake Tahoe or go to LA. Well, the weather ended up going sour in Tahoe like high of 47 degrees with chance of rain and snow showers. So we went to LA and had a great time with his brothers and their families.
We had my parents watch the dogs again and we got there at about 10 and stayed up until midnight talking and catching up. We seem to always stay up way late when we visit with them. Saturday we didn't do too much, we went to a soccer game and really just hung out for most of the day. Caleb and Heather's house is still on the meand. the roof has just a few more shingles to put up which is perfect timing since it was raining again on Saturday night so there was no flooding this time. Ben and Caleb went to the Priesthood session of General Conference, while the wives stayed and chatted at home.
We went to dinner at Buca di Peppo again, Ben was really wanting to go there again especially after last time. He just loves the Spicy Pizza they offer. For dessert we had Marie Callender's Pies, the Berry and Peach. When we got there at 9 the selection was pretty poor, we wanted French apple and Strawberry but they only had 4 pies left. The Berry was delicious especially with vanilla ice cream.
Sunday, surprise surprise we hung out again. We had a wonderful pancake breakfast and watch the afternoon session of conference. We had an early dinner, followed by some more pie, then headed home. We were supposed to pick up the dogs last night but we didn't make it back into town until late so my parents kept them an extra night. Thanks Mom and Dad, we really appreciate you watching them.
Well, I think that our next out of town trip will be at the end of the year when we go to... wait for it...Disneyland again. We will be there for New Year's with Dave and Erin. We'll spend a couple of days with them and a couple of days with family. Well, I better go. I will type at you all later.

Oh, here's a LO for the week.
